Your NetID is the username associated with your accounts at the University of Tennessee. It allows you to access various systems such as your UT email, MyUTK, Online@UT (Blackboard), LiveOnline@UT (Collaborate), online pay statements, the computer labs on campus, and other UT maintained web portals.

T-Storage provides a central location for users and departments to store files and is available to all Knoxville faculty, staff, and students. Departments who wish to have a centralized storage location should contact the OIT HelpDesk.

Unix Accounts are available for personal web hosting. From here, you can upload your own website or other personal files. Each UNIX account comes with 50mb of quota space.

Special Requests (Forms)
While students, faculty, and staff are added to the online directory (LDAP) and provided with NetIDs automatically through regular scheduled updates, the following forms are provided to handle special circumstances, such as adding a new employee who needs services before they arrive, providing access to a contractor or other person not paid through the University payroll system, or adding an email account for a campus organization.
